Thomas Pyzdek is the Founder and President of Pyzdek Consulting, Inc. (PCI). His career in business process improvement spans 38 years. He is a leading quality and Six Sigma authority and the author of over 50 copyrighted works including The Six Sigma Handbook, The Handbook for Quality Management Handbook and The Quality Engineering Handbook.
