Bea Fields is an Executive Coach with extensive experience providing services to over 800 national and international clients. Her clients describe her as “energetic”, “passionate”, “insightful”, and “dynamic”. They attribute much of their success to Bea’s strategic talent, which leads professionals to achieve their optimal potential, both personally and professionally. Her environmental design specialty helps clients realize how profoundly affected they are by their environment, and then Bea assists them in designing an environment that supports growth and success. Bea brings to her coaching assignments tremendous strengths in leadership development, marketing, sales, strategic planning, business development, strategic alliance development, training and event development, creative writing, customer service, and public speaking. She demonstrates her expertise in developing training programs which are customized to fit individual needs. As a result she has developed over 200 hours of personal and business development training programs for coaches and professionals, including the Personal Environments Coaching Program, Teleclass Leaders Training Program for Coaches, 12 Foundations of Leadership, Managing Your Boss Seminar, Magnetic Customer Service, Superstar Marketing and Coaching 101: How to Use Coaching to Grow a High Performance Business. Bea Fields has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and holds several important certifications including the Guerrilla Marketing Coach Certification, the International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Designation, and the Center for Creative Leadership’s Assessment Suite including 360 BY DESIGN, Benchmarks, Executive Dimensions and Prospector. She is a graduate of Coach University and has a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University . In addition, Bea is a member of the International Coach Federation, e Women Network, the American Society of Training and Development and the International Association of Certified Coaches. She is the author of EDGE! A Leadership Story (Spring, 2008); Leading at the Speed of Y: How to Lead and Coach the Next Generation of Leaders (Sept. 2007) and a contributing author to Guerrilla Marketing on the Front Lines (Entrepreneur Press; January, 2008).
