You decide! Check out an article The Dallas Morning News recently published sharing some of the perceptions (or misperceptions depending who you talk to!) of Millennials in the Real World. Some of the boomers and X-ers have stopped hiring the Gen-Ys because they aren’t sure how to bridge that communication gap. The article talks about a few ways to bridge that gap because these creative young people are our future. Thoughts?
